This is how we created a wine almost for meditation, austere and intriguing, with an elegant profile and suitable for those who love to enjoy the pleasures of life. Our philosophy is not to have excessive influence from passages in wood, and for this wine the barrel ageing was designed exclusively to smooth out the rougher tannins, and to give the wine breathing space, which thus has the right amount of time to express its personality.
