COLLI EUGANEI FIOR D’ARANCIO – SWEET SPARKLING WINE

The grape variety is the yellow Muscat, Sirio, an aromatic wine par excellence, present in the territory since time immemorial. A wine that in our vision finds a new interpretation, conceiving it not only as a dessert wine but also as an interesting aperitif.
Tasting notes

Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, soft and brilliant, it offers a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose is aromatic, with the characteristic scent of muscat grapes, orange blossom, crisp apple, white flowers and delicate citrus fruit.

The taste is fresh and sweet, with pleasant savouriness and a finish on the palate consistent with the nose. Pleasant, intense and persistent.

Pairing

A wine that loves desserts: from dry biscuits to fruit tarts or with citrus or apricot preserves, cream and fruit cakes, sweet buns and panettone.

Try it with a citrus, apricot or peach cheesecake.

For those who want to try it in an alternative version full of pleasant contrasts, we suggest it with very mature cheeses and goat’s cheese or in summer with fruit kebabs for satisfying aperitifs.
